Psalm 30; man playing kettledrums
[Whole folio] Psalm 30. Border decoration including a grotesque dragon with drooping ears, and two muscians. One plays two kettledrums [pair of nakers], and the other blows a long trumpet bearing a pennant decorated with the Luttrell martlets. In the lower margin a nimbed female saint holds a book, and is followed by a blue ram with a bell suspended between its horns Image taken from Luttrell Psalter. Originally published/produced in England [East Anglia]; circa 1325-1335.
