The relic of St George
[Whole folio] Pageant XXXV. Procession with Richard Beauchamp, Earl of Warwick wearing a heraldic surcoart and carrying the Emperor's sword. He is followed by the Emperor Sigismond wearing a triple crown, and carring an orb and sceptre; and the Empress, wearing a triple crown and carrying a sceptre, with her train carried by her ladies. Behind, on an open landing or balcony, the Emperor offers Richard the pinnacled monstrance containing St George's heart Image taken from Beauchamp Pageants. Originally published/produced in S. Netherlands [Bruges?]; after 1483.
